Naive Faces is a collection of expressive portraits that embrace the beauty of raw simplicity. Inspired by Hanneke van de Pol’s early drawings as a young child (becoming an artist), these youthful impressions are reimagined with the skill of her mature artistry. Each face tells its own story—raw, honest, an exclusive edition of 1/1. The work is an exclusive print with transparant and solid inks on poplar wood, where the natural grain of poplar wood panel adds of an extra layer of soul to the work of art. A tribute to intuition, her youth, and the charm of the unpolished. Each work is unique, signed on the back, and has the look and feel of an unpolished painted portrait directly on wood. The works are framed in handmade solid mahogany wooden frame to complement the raw style of the artworks.

In addition to her art, graphic design work, she has successfully established her own wallpaper brand and showroom in the Modekwartier in Arnhem, where she works with clients on high-end interior projects. Hanneke is a true artist at heart, utilizing a variety of techniques, from classic painting techniques to artificial intelligence tools, to create breathtaking works of art.
