Role Overview

We are seeking exceptional independent collaborators to represent Gaudium Group on the ground in select regions. This hybrid role bridges luxury real estate services, bespoke travel experiences, and holistic wellness coordination. As a local collaborator, you will be the face of Gaudium—ensuring each client encounter is seamless, refined, and unforgettable.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Real Estate

• High End property Sales 

• High End Property Listings

• Serve as the primary contact for property owners and clients

• Understand the regional market to assist with property development and land scouting 

• Maintain a working knowledge of basic national real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.

 

Travel & Experience Coordination

• Conduct villa check-ins and property walk-throughs

• High End Villa listing 

• Support clients during their stay and serve as the main liaison between Gaudium, property owners, and guests

• Welcome guests arriving for curated travel experiences

• Manage restaurant, hotel, and activity bookings

• Provide in-depth local insight and support logistics on the ground

Wellness Programming

• Assist in organizing individual and group wellness experiences

• Facilitate communication between clients and holistic practitioners

• Schedule personalized wellness programs with accuracy and care

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Self-employed professional or freelancer with experience in hospitality, luxury real estate, tourism, or wellness

• Fluent in English; additional languages are highly valued

• Deep local expertise in your region and network of high-quality service providers
